If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can easily return or exchange it under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- For health and safety reasons, opened or used products (such as oils, soaps, and cosmetic items) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- In case of a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, we will replace the product free of charge.
2. How to Request a Return
- Contact us through the Contact Us page or via our Facebook or Instagram messages.
- Provide your order number and a photo of the product if there’s any damage or defect.
- Once your request is approved, our shipping partner will arrange pickup within 3–5 business days.
3. Refund Process
- Refunds are issued using the same payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned product.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error from our side (such as a wrong or damaged item).
